Meditation through the Devotional Method of Scripture Reading
Amazing!
When I applied the devotional method (described in my last post) to Galatians 2:20, I began with prayer, thanking God for His revelation of the truth to me through the power of the Holy Spirit. Then I read the verse and meditated upon it. Here is the passage:
“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave Himself for me.”
As I meditated on this verse, allowing the Spirit to guide me, I was taken to a state where I could actually see what God is showing me. I wrote: “I am at the cross, amid the mourners and the scoffers. Here my Lord is on the cross, suffering an unimaginable burden for the sins…

Forgiveness
Heavenly Father,
If I have wronged anyone, please help me to apologize. I don’t have time for pride or ego. Please help me to know the difference. People have a tendency to play the victim and place the blame on everyone else but themselves. They gaslight and will paint others in a bad light to make themselves look innocent. They are skilled in turning others against their target. However, I remind you dear God that “every tongue that rises up against us, you will condemn.” I remind you dear Father God that it is written, “Touch not my anointed and do my prophets no harm.” I pray this for myself as well as anyone who says or types “Amen.” This I ask in Jesus name. And Heavenly Father, thank you so much. I love and appreciate you. Amen.
